What does the phrase "Grab Your Cleats" mean to you?

  • It's game time!
  • You're ready to play!
  • Time to get to work!
  • You are part of the team

When the coach looks at you and says "grab your cleats", you know that you are part of something bigger than yourself. It's time to do what you have been trained to do. When you get the nod from the coach at that pivotal point in the game.....it's time!

We are looking for men and women who have a relationship with Jesus Christ, who are connected to a local church, and who are interested in coming alongside the FCA staff member to minister to coaches and athletes on our campuses and in our community.

The "Grab Your Cleats" training program provides our volunteers with important ongoing ministry instruction and support.
